Every year the Regional Government of Extremadura (Junta de Extremadura) collaborates with the Chamber of Commerce of both Badajoz and Caceres to plan activities (at an autonomous level) for the upcoming year. This is done to maximise the use of available resources and to reserve spaces at fairs and events ahead of time, which are very important due to their international character.
